Sun European Partners affiliate acquired Kobusch–Sengewald

Sun European Partners, LLP (“Sun European Partners”), the European adviser to Sun Capital Partners, Inc., has announced that one of its affiliates has completed the acquisition of Kobusch–Sengewald, an international producer and processor of custom–designed plastic packaging from Pregis Corporation. Financial details are not disclosed.
